Great interview and discussion - I do some social media workshops and Brian&#039;s points resonate very well.  Everyone focuses on the technology (and they get overwhelmed with the technology) but the reality is the key to social media success are the relationships you build (and being remarkable).

I did a blog post recently advocating that in a lot of ways we&#039;re going back to the old ways of doing business - based on relationships and feedback from your customers.
