    I'm kinda tall. I talk with my hands a lot. I make up words sometimes.

    Plus, I'm a work-at-home-dad-writer-cook-repairman-designer-nerd-husband-consultant-speaker-strategist-playmate-and-lover-of-hyphens.

    I regularly speak to conferences, colleges, and companies about what makes people do the things they do.

    In 2005, my worldview shifted when our son was diagnosed with autism. Since then, our family has learned to separate the truly important from the merely urgent.
