A few days back, I gave a couple presentations in Valparaiso, Indiana, and I had about ten minutes of extra material on strategic planning tacked onto the end of a talk I give on Managing Change.

I’m playing with some new screencasting equipment, and I learned – among other things – that I probably shouldn’t wear my glasses. But I also learned that I really like this technology.

I thought you might benefit from these last ten minutes or so as well. If you’re trying to make your resolutions stick in 2011, give this a look.

I hope you find it helpful. I hope it helps you get stuff done.

Shameless self-promotion: If you liked this, it’s even cooler when I wear fancy duds and juggle and dance and give examples and answer your questions and provide specific stuff. No. Really. If you’re interested in hosting a talk or maybe a workshop at your place, you should know that fun and exotic locales greatly affect the price in your favor.

Nicely delivered and beautifully simple. Right in line with where most people think: in between the chaos of an overscheduled day. Keep ‘em coming. And hopefully I’ll see you at the Wizard Academy soon. I’d like to compare notes on delayed speech. We have had our own adventure with our second born.

    Hey Tim,
Thanks a bunch for sharing so freely with all of us. Your stuff makes great sense and your presentation is equally erudite and delightful.
In this video you mentioned going outside our area of business to find answers to problems. Reading and listening to your ideas helps me in the “stuck places” of my adult ESL classroom. How’s that for doin’ your homework?

    Best,
    S
